Ramsons Starts Construction on Hytrol

In June, local real estate firm Haag Brown launched E-Commerce Park by naming the development’s anchor tenant — Jonesboro Industrial Stallworth (and longtime Ramsons’ client) Hytrol Conveyor.
Ramsons spent the months of June through August finalizing design and site permitting. The project, totaling over $10 million, is now underway and a 10-month construction time is planned. The project consolidates Hytrol’s multiple warehouses under one 150,000-square-foot roof. The warehouse will include dedicated areas for both shipping and receiving as well as an office for administrative support. The E-commerce park is a 260-acre project being developed by Haag Brown to serve as a real estate solution for e-commerce and last-mile delivery in the delta.
